The best coffee is made exactly like your favorite coffee is made. It's so subjective. Me - it depends on the season, time of day, what I had for lunch, etc. Right now, I'm in a big iced latte phase. Two shots espresso, cold skim milk, and ice. My mom's diggin' the same drink with a touch of almond syrup.
