Gene or anyone for that matter,
Sadly a lot of people will say they will quit, then don't; even more people will quit for a day, a week or two then start right back up when a little stress hits their lives. The same thing happened when George Harrison died awhile back. A lot of talk, no action. You have to quit for yourself or it will never work. Peter Jennings quit smoking over twenty years ago. That means he was in his 40's when he stopped. I was in my late 30's Does this mean I'm doomed twenty years from now? Who cares. It'll be twenty years of me breathing freely. Feeling healthy and a lot more $$$ can be spent on more important things, like CD's. Cold turkey was my method. I'm on my second year without a cig. I will always crave a cig every now and then. It's something I have deel with/to get use to.
Cheers, Kevin
