Other times I think his whole persona is like an elaborate Andy Kaufman character--that he can't possibly be serious. Remember Kaufman's misogynist wrestler character? Brilliant!!!
OK you got me. Sometimes I'm over the top for effect. Buford was like that but I'm slightly more subtle. I'll take those boring threads and throw life into them. I did have to laugh today at Pat Robertson trying to skate out of the difference between assassinate and take out.
