That interesting fact never seems to get brought up much does it? Is it any wonder they do not support term limits? Oh the Republicans did when they were out of power but I can remember Newt Gingrich saying something to the effect of "Politicians need time to learn what is going on and be effective on Capitol Hill!" I say bullshit we need to get rid of career politicians and maybe we would would see some change. The recent Katrina debacle would be an excellent example. If anyone in the private sector had been as incompetant as the Mayor, Governor, FEMA director or President we would have fired them long but do we? Umnn no. This is something that we could get bi-partisan support from the members of this board. Am I alone in this?
