You have descended to a new level of incomprehensibility with your "response" to my post; an extraordinary achievement and yet another  testament to your Texas public school education. My response to Marc's post dealt with his position that the City of New Orleans had failed the elderly woman he met. It's clear that this woman, and New Orleans, were failed at all levels of government, by people from both political parties. My point, as demonstrated by today's CNN article, (http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/09/17/katrina.response/index.html

is that the Feds' culpability was profound, owing to the age old system of patronage.
