*What the paper doesn't discuss is why one type of investment over another?*...well with record profits, and the oil companies so cashed up..what else are they going to invest in but more oil...they certainly are not going to invest in solar power,or biodiesel.....maybe condoms for aids affected africans...no wait, they dont drive......its called "Greed"
