I found this article interesting. Russ Feingold typically has the most rational arguments in such discussions - it's not just pure partisan pap.

Speaking more broadly about the nominee, Feingold said "clearly he's qualified," but "I get a sense of a person who may be a little more attuned to ideological influences than perhaps Roberts. . . .
