Now this is the sort of thing I hate to see land on the internet and the reason for this is that there hasn't been much context provided for this video tape.

For example, those on the left are saying it just shows more examples of atrocities, while some soldiers on the internet who have been to Iraq are pointing out that fast approaching vehicles are commonly filled with insurgents, or whatever you want to call them, attempting to attack a convoy.

And if you watch the video closely you can see where warning shots appear to be fired into the pavement.

I've also read numerous articles describing tactics used by people attacking convoys and to me, that is what this tape appears to be showing.
