I guess the things for me are (a) moments after impace, windows remain in-tact where wings should have damaged them, (b) the titanium engines which have a very high melting point were never found, (c) an engine that was found was not from a 757, (d) no photographs of a plane from any of the available cameras, including the highway cameras, etc.  I think the video is very thought-provoking, but controversial because once you begin to accept the possibility that things were not as we were told, then we have nothing we can hold on to anymore.
