With the new release of photographs can someone please tell me if those aren't torture, then what the fuck is?From our government's opinion, sticking a needle underneath someone's fingernail is torture, but "waterboarding" is not (where a person is strapped to a board and submerged under the water and is led to believe they are going to be drowned).So, then, just what is torture and what is not torture? We have certainly lost our way.
