Great article on Salon.com and the letters posted about it are very telling. I'd love to see a female Democratic president, but can't see myself on her bandwagon.

btw, off to a dress rehearsal of a new Broadway production of THREEPENNY OPERA (new translation by Wallace Shawn) starring Alan Cumming, Jim Dale, Anna Gasteyer, Cyndi Lauper and Nellie McKay - should be an interesting evening to say the least.
