I don't want to get all esoteric on you 'messed up bear' but according to mystics like Rudolph Steiner the period when we fall asleep and wake up is supposedly the best time to communicate with the dead...i.e. we communicate with them as we fall asleep and vice versa as we wake up...so if you have ever dreamt of speaking to a dead relative at either of these points...you probably were...God knows what Brad's thinking of me now...hmmm
