Opening day has arrived oh boy oh boy oh boy!!! Is it time to change the name of "the big prize" from the World Series to the MLB Championship, now that the Japanese are World Baseball champs?
My idea of "The World Series" is a tournament of the N.L. and A.L. division winners, and the equivilent teams from the top leagues in countries that played in the World Baseball Classic. Whoever wins in that format is in fact World Champs. Just a thought.
