Thanks for the explanation Dan.  I got some Email from someone on the board...and at first it took me back a little.  First reaction was " huh..how'd this guy get my address??".  No problem though, the message was not unwelcome.

Also, it appears that if one replies directly to a message through the Email notification  (not reply section on the board) it goes to the other person's Email, and does not appear on the board; correct?  

I like this feature, if for example, one is having a bit of a "side" discussion with someone else, a/o want to burn and send discs, photos (NO, not those kind of photos..) etc ..
