Hope I didn't get you wrong - I don't think I did.  Funds get generated and then misspent.  I should change my name to Clifford Knowtes.  Sorry Block - but last year, everyone opened up their pockets more than ever, and not enough got done - it was abused through bureauaccuracy (new word?)- at least that's what I see...what do you think?

I'm at a little bit of a disadvantage since Andrea and Cassandra have read these Kingsolver books....I grew up with someone who's Dad usesd to be the ambassador from the Cote d'Ivoire - and from what they told me...those guys put the difference between what's up and what's fuct to shame, in an inverse sort of way for you and I., but fuct nonetheless.

Rally, Shut Up and Sing, seem to be at odds with the comfort zone.  Please forgive me for stating the obvious, Mr. Block.  Nothing works...it seems to me that somehow we still haven't had enough catastrophes...

I'm going to read one of those books...are you?
