...not playing around here either but it doesn't surprise me one bit...

I suppose I, too, am not surprised the movie is…uhhmm…unable to find it’s mass audience so far:  …It just keeps getting less & less…ohh…groovy here in the wild wild west.  & that does surprise me some…because I figured [idealized that] we’d persevere much better as a contemporary society under pretty much any circumstance.  I suppose those fetid old mechanisms are just too damned well greased…& we, the peeps, are too easily divided & conquered as a whole.

So, In lieu of An Inconvenient Truth, I rented Mr.& Mrs. Smith [DVD] with my son who came wit me on this little bidness distraction.  Nope, never have seen it until today.  Missed bits & pieces of it today too because we were grappling and otherwise beating the whozit out of each other wit pillows during the whole film; …well…ten minutes off (to watch the flick) & 5 minutes on…so we saw more than we missed.  Up until now I never really really fully realized just how dawgone gorgeous Angelina Jolie is ~~ in a sort of (Carolyn Jones) Morticia Addams meets Nala, the lioness, kind of way.  I mean I’ve noticed, certainly, but this film captured her……..quintessence, IMHO.  Oh, & mighty Mr. Pitt did a fine job as well.  I dug the elevator music segue.  & their little coming-out duke-it-out @ the home front was a kick.  This is a nifty/intelligent little pop flick.

& it helped bring-out the best, funniest, scrappiest aspects of m’ son today as well....
