That's one of my favorite movies - I've read 'Heart of Darkness', but I haven't seen Coppolas's wife's documentary...now I have to watch that movie again with the 'Golden Bough' in mind....totally missed that connection...can't even think of it really - the bull at the end? 

I've always said there are few movies I would own when you can rent them or get some TV version of them, and generally, I remember what the storyline in a movie is - Apocalypse (not Mel's flick) is one of those movies that I guess I just have to break down and buy.  It sure stands up...

Have you seen 'Big Fish' by Burton?  That's one I own...
