Its just State Taxes
It's just State and Local Sales Taxes so whatever they do at that level in your area. The reason they laid off was that the purpose was to get the internet "thriving" and no taxes meant lots of shopper BUT you had to cover shipping. Take the no taxes out and you have no incentive to shop online. I hope this is not a trend
