Did I say watch them in a week Messy?
No, you did not. That’s m’ bag.
I've got a new hobby :)
Nothin’ like a good hobby.
P.S. Your signature reference to R.E.M Automatic for the People takes m’best [oh so best] gal & I way back to ’92 ~~ the year our second son was born & Magic was diagnosed with HIV ~~ …where we wore the coating off ‘at disc in the Cali mountains of Frazier Park. For R.E.M. that was tremendous…& certainly endlessly spinable….
Funny but I hated the whole album til that song comes on and at the time is the only song on album I think is any good. I had played in heavy rotation Out of Time which I thought was far superior. It was not till over a year later that I realized that Automatic was their masterpiece and by a stretch. In the winter following the release R.E.M came into San Antonio and did the video for Everybody Hurts which was shot on the lower deck of I-10 heading into downtown. I sure wish they could recapture the magic of any of the 1st 5 albums or Automatic but 15 years has been an awful long wait.
In rotation herein monthly are tracks from Green, Out of Time, Monster & Automatic For the People; Automatic… being the Wildflowers of our personal R.E.M. album collection.
~~
Let's play Twister, let's play Risk
I'll see you in heaven if you make the list
