Not exactly the answer to the question, but Supertramp's Paris may be the most amazing sounding live recording I have ever heard. Sonicly I don't think I've ever heard a cleaner recording.

U2 - Rattle and Hum
The Eagle Live
Ted Nugent - Double Live Gonzo (I can't hear it the same way as I did in my youth, but that one was a staple for me in High School)
David Gilmour - Meltdown (a DVD)

Genesis - Seconds Out
Neil Young - Live Rust
