Sorry GM, I had forgotton, had a brain fart, and Kathryn does pose a much more beneficent point of view. Lately they have once again been advertising the rice sized chip for people down here. Its as though there is no communication any more, so better be tagged. The only reason I could possibly see to tag a person is if they are a person totally consummed by alzheimer's and likes to walk about alot and gets lost.
