From Rolling Stone:
Good news for Pete Townshend. The U.K.'s Internet
Watch Foundation has confirmed that the Who guitarist
-who was arrested on Jan. 13th for viewing child
pornography online-did earlier report a number of
child-porn web sites to the organization. The agency
had intially denied that Townshend had contacted it.
This new finding supports the guitarists claim that
he viewed the illegal material for research purposes.
The axman could be jailed for five years if convicted
for accessing child pornography.
So there you go....whew !!!!
