Thanks for posting that. The farm referenced there is the one visited & talked about by Michael Pollan in his book The Omnivore's Dilemma, which I was talking about a couple of weeks ago, under the subject line "Corn."
This is a fascinating issue. This week's problem with Spinach is just the latest in a long series of food problems brought on by our culture of mega-corporate food. The little farms aren't hurting people . . . but are subject to regulations that make it almost impossible to keep going.
I went to the link you provided, and saw that the article was longer than what you had posted here. Thanks for that link, too. Interesting reading.
