Did anybody mention the lawsuit?

Recently I was listening to RFK jr on his weekend radio show.

He and his co-host, have filed a lawsuit, that involves a 60 day gag order on their part. The suit is about voting machines. After the gag order is satisfied, if the government doesn't proceed as requested, they may move forward in place of the government. It's some sort of legal technicality. Anyhow, they can begin speaking to their issue, for public consumption, just weeks before the Nov election.

Can somebody flesh this out, it sounded promising.
