Abstract pun:

The people of America are all lumped together into two big ace rounded-out portions of one arbitrary swinging sack; …just dangled there out of the way but mostly in harms way when in motion and pretty much deemed useless except in the production of revenues & creative [marketing] gratification juices:  So the bulk sum of the American people are, in effect, the balls, the nuts, …the juevos. 

The controlling class of America is the stiff and rigid, wanton and insatiable pulsing blue blood engorged, thinking for themselves alone with an arrogant sense of impunity & little to no remorse or guilt of any kind to be a hindrance to their omnipotent, all-knowing need to stick it into something NOW:  So the American govmt, civilian/military industrial complex, powers that be, yada-yada-yada, don’t we love to be in the service of THEM, are the Dick.  Apropos, …the name:  Dick.

So the Dick’s going to get itself all into the sweetspot of it; …ride ‘em hard & put ‘em away wet, …& yeahhhhh baby! is it going to be fun fun fun for ol’ Dick.  But, in the end, after all’s climaxed, said & done, penetrated & damaged, plundered & punished to the benefit of said Dick…,

…it’ll be the balls (those industrious & easy going, fun lovin weekend-partying participants, …just rockin’ to and fro manufacturing the heady joy juices, …that will ~~ & without the remorse or repentance of the big ace fckin’ Dick ~~

surely get KICKED, squarely…& with a vengeance.
