You might have to give it four or five episodes to have it start sinking in. There are so many characters in it that at first it is kind of hard to keep them separated. One thing I did was print out a page from HBO's site that showed their picture and character name. Still, one of the best things about this show is how dead on accurate it is. When I watch it, the character development is so real that I "see" people I actually know in real life.
