My precinct used Ivotronic machines this year. They worked fine, poll worker enabled for each voter and I liked that as you punched in each vote, it printed a viewable paper tally (like a cash register receipt) on the side at the same time so you could check the printed result.
Seemed like a pretty decent check and balance to me.
