done and done. I had tried to contact Dave at rawtime when the DVDs were finished and couldn't get in touch with him. Pat has sent along his mailing address and a stash of DVDs will be sent his way. Obviously, his excellent footage and attention to detail were highlights of the DVD set. I have footage of an interview he did with David - maybe I should pull that together and put in online as well.
