You want some change, try voting out all the incumbents next time around. But, even if that were to occur, the people who really make DC go would still be there advising and guiding the new pols.

The reason America is doomed is next to nobody, and certainly no one in power, wants to talk about the overriding issues that could actually lead to positive change. If it wasn't so damn pathetic, the irony would be funny.

ps Y'know what really gets me, why aren't rank and file Dems angry with Pelosi & crew for swearing off impeachment proceedings. Ms Smiley, calls this administration criminal -and frankly I agree on so many levels that aren't generally discussed- but now that the Dems have some control again, they announce before and after the elections, that they're going to give this criminal administration(by their own account) a pass. What a crock. I mean, doesn't that tell you this is nothing but theater for the masses.? Cmon, somebody please explain that away.
