If Karl Rove went on O'Reilly and announced to the world he thinks Harry Reid was gay, would that be ok too?
Methinks that Karl wouldn't himself announce anything. But, if he wanted to have a statement like that part of the lexicon, it would be done through other people that other people actually listen to and believe.
