Petraeus is a bold new thinker who is going to save Bush's behind?Well, then read this piece, but be forewarned, it's long, complex and very indepth and won't be reassuring.Lastly, it is quite perverse how the ideas of Petraeus are pretty similar to those planners who were ignored by the neo-con cons during the planning of this war.
