On the Bose thing, I got to hear it in person because the Bose Company is right here in Massachusetts. It did sound nice in the setting they put it in but the thing to me is you may be overpaying just for the name Bose being on it. It certainly looks very cool and I am no expert but I find their products really hit or miss. I think I'd check out the stuff David mentioned and do some comparison. Good luck.
