I think you hit the nail on the head there, Mess, but I think now looking back he comes across as pretty damn flamed out even in his Van Halen heyday...I never did find the hairspray and spandex dudes of rock anything more than a secret release for their male fans who could never come to grips with the idea that deep inside they were just aching to cross dress. Face it, Mess, David Lee seems to have always wanted to be a girl...and I guess a poofed up aerobics instructor at that. I mean in that old video he had the wig and outfit to go with his prance and preen. I will say I thought the video Dale posted though was about the best I've ever heard that song sound...I'd rather hear an album of Hobbits farting than revisit the original VH version. http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/835/1149/1600/evh.0.jpgAt least Dave is looking good though. Poor Eddie is in rough shape by all accounts and I feel bad for him even though I never liked the music he made.
