Believe, Eugene. The WH has proffered a deal whereby Miers and Rove testify, but in secret, and not under oath. I'm going to assume that the House and Senate will respond with subpoenas. If the subpoenas are fought... Well, then, impeachment is back on the table. Not that that'll be the end of our worries, of course, but at least the drunken bus driver will have his hands pried off the wheel, and hopefully a better driver will take over and get us off of this precipice.
