So, I'll embed a video here:
and I will attempt here to show you what the embed should look like when you paste it in the text box:

< embed src= "http://www.youtube.com/v/m5KiZ8Jp-JM" type= "application/ x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width ="425" height= "350">< /embed >
so that the embed does not work and you can see what the embed characters look like.
If this is not what you are posting in the Message Box then the embed will not work. The URL is not what you need. There is a box to the right of any youtube video that says - Embed - you need to copy what is in that box and paste it here in the Message Box. That's it.
If you do you'll get this:
Now, like the song says...put the message in the box!
