I think we try to do our best, as early as we can, to push and explore our limits.
But also, to see what we can get away with, so to speak...
Whether it's outdoing your Dad or hiding a funny smelling cigar from your wife.
Seems like our leaders have somehow reduced us - it's all about what you can get away with..not what we can achieve...
Our Generals don't seem to care or weep - we don't see them anymore...
Don't they serve at the pleasure of?
Who does he serve at the pleasure of?
I wonder why we debate who knows. Some buddhists, and well paid christian right folks would say it's cyclical - me - I just want to have some BBQ with Pat, some fresh Beef with Kathryn - and one pint too many of Guinness with Mick, a trip to Israel with Gene (followed by a trip to Palestine), a hurricane with Andrea (where nobody gets hurt and everything stays intact - except for somebody else's simulated stuff), a ride in the car with Eric, a day with Block showing me Tennesee and his family's ovens, Cartoons with Roger, and Cheez Wiz with Ian (crackers optional)....Reg and Jules + Will and Cheryl...
Just sayin'
and stayin'
Now I'm gonna go practice - 'cuz chicks like it.
Oh - a new song by Dave wouldn't be bad...
Maybe it's on the Jukebox..
Forcefully (ala George Lucas),
