Never saw that video but Rove was recruited by a guy named Donald Segretti who basically ran CREEP and Nixon's political Dirty Tricks crew...they called it "rat fucking".
Basically ol' Don liked to recruit young college Republicans and teach them the art of rat fucking...the college kids thought it was a blast...Rove turned out to be such a talented "rat fucker" that Dubya's daddy noticed him and soon he was working on and running campaigns for all sorts of Texas Republicans...leading him to his present position as the king of all "rat fuckers."
He even burned his mentor Segretti as he was working for McCain in 2000 when Rove unloaded on him with that well known "rat fuck", the accusation McCain had a black love child...among others...
