Just heard "Black Parade", and recommend them hugely. They go a little chickenshit when the producer talks too loud, but their passion, intelligence, and talent make up for it. Give em a shot. Listen to the heartbreaking verse of the title track before they start pandering to the marketplace and hear an exciting new talent.
