Amen, brother! Bring them home! Woke up this morning to the news that more US warships have
moved into the Gulf. It's like a cop saying, "hit me! hit me, you fucking fag!", so he can be excused for
getting all medieval on you. I know, I know, such things never happen. But that's still what it reminds
me of. On another note, having dinner with Ricketts tonight. He's visiting for a week from Hawaii.
Also the batch processing seems to have completed. I think. The G4 crashed sometime during the
night, so I'm not sure how far the sample rate conversion went, but a spot check should tell me more.
Geeks will be interested to note that we are talking about 112 Gigabytes of stuff. There's some
duplication there, but it's still a shiteload of stuff. And I havent even transferred all the DATs from the
Palindrome days. Lots and lots of good stuff there... Not just me, but Chris Stills, lots of Will Sexton,
the Sweet and Low Orchestra, Fishbone, Jewel, James Hall... lots of interesting stuff. Gonna need to
borrow a DAT machine, though. Mine seems to have gone the way of all DAT machines.
