I'll bet it could be modified for other fruit -
just a bit more work in peeling. It's sort of like
a crustless pie so I think would work with any other
fruit used in pies.Because of my boxes each week from a local farm,
I've been using many more greens - kale, turnip greens,
beet greens, garlic scapes - and root veg like turnips,
beets, kohlrabit - than ever before. If anyone has recipes
for those (the farmer's wife sent me a great one for beet
green gratin), I would love them!
