You know when I first watched it I thought why did they present this with cartoon cats and a bunny? Then I realized more people would probably watch it that way and almost be less likely to allow their political programming to interfere with taking it in. I would never have presented it that way because I would have thought a cartoon kitty explaining to the world how our government openly violated an article of our Constitution and the supreme law of the land is goofy as all hell...not that I'm one to talk my recent posts have been complete goofy gorilla warfare crap. So, I think one of the things I like about it is that they said something I felt needed to be said in a way I would never have said it...to me that's kinda cool!Anyway, here's Article 6 of the United States Constitution, read it carefully and more than once:
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

Now think about what you just read for a second and then see if you can guess why many of our senators and congressmen would have an issue with pursuing prosecution of the violation of this article as it relates to our war in Iraq?It's very easy to spot that Bush, Cheney, Rummy, Wolfie, Feith, and the whole Bushco cabal are war criminals but if you read Article 6 these guys did not violate it alone did they...
This of course forces you to ask the question, if we have so many guilty parties who among them can we trust to set this right? If they have all "wiped their ass with the old Constitution" as the song went, who is there to prosecute them? Does this define a Constitutional crisis?
