A Dear Mr. President from 15 years ago: … more poignant because it stands the test of time and looked @ our then (when it was only obvious to a few suffering souls per square mile, mournfully, that we were being punked) & now (when it's blasting us in the face) ……..then. What makes a good song great, IMHO. As a matter of dumfound & fact, 4 Non Blondes joined the invenerated ranks of rock & roll’s One Hit Wonders…and why? WHY?? Puzzling. Get in a state of one coil or another & listen to Bigger, Better, Faster, More! in its entirety and compare it to everything else coffee house / blues and ask yourself the same question. Yeahhh, I know there are those, …dbis, who WILL gladly find a whole lot of reason to critique it to a near death experience…but, contrasted beside anything from 92, this was a happening band.
