Annie's new one is VERY pop (produced by Glen Ballard, after all), not sure if I'll blog on it or not? There are some choice cuts and I'd say half of it is ace. If you were a fan of the latter days Euryhtmics or Annie's previous solo discs, you'll love it. The single, "Dark Road", "Love Is Blind", Coloured Bedspread", "Lost" and the all-female international star chorus, homage to the Aids epidemic in Africa, "Sing" are the standout tracks. The last two being my favorites. "Sing" will be a future single and sell a shitload because of it's topic, it's famous entourage choir and big "we are the world" production stamp all over it.
Can't say anthing on PJ, haven't listened to her since the 90's
