I'll have to have a look into the man and his books.If you enjoy Southern Writing, have you tried out the stories in "Here We Are in Paradise" by Tony Earley? Some of the funniest, bleakest, beautifulest shit I've read in years. (And I read it years ago when it came out, and I just keep re-reading it.)Earley's novel, "Jim the Boy" is good in some ways, but not quite up to par with his short fiction.Earley's autobiographical book, "Somehow Form a Family" is a good read though.As far as I know, that's all he's got out there.
