The press I watch which is Fox News(The correct network) stated multiple times that there were pockets of people that were celebrating and they were not large pockets of people. Also there were still people that were hostile and those that were just subdued. They have never reported that going down every street in Bagdad that the troops were getting a heroes welcome. They (the troops) have also been very careful to not to cross the line of  liberation vs occupation
