You really are a killjoy, you know that? His name's JJ Johnson, and he's a great guy and a great father. And of course a great drummer. And i have a lot of respect for John Mayer. He's obviously super- talented, and a surprisingly good guitar player but on top of that I think he's shown a lot of dignity, and doesnt seem the slightest bit afraid to stretch himself as far as he can go musically. He could so quickly have been gobbled up by the whole sexy young thing scene, but he pursued genuine musical goals instead. I think you should take your hat off to him.
