All that above stuff, and one other thing (after listening to Craig Hulet’s take ~~
all, what, 25 some odd parts of it, …long haul).
If it is only large groups of outraged/learned citizenry who can, potentially, put the hurt on this present regime of bankers and their bedfellows, and effect common sense change and some form of meaningful liberty & justice, then how do those people gather? What: petition lines, peaceful protests, focus groups? It’s all been done... and well clubbed, tasered, and rubber bulleted into moot and obedience, …& to what meaningful effect? What other way for those with the wherewithal and the willingness to act on a civil stand? I don’t see it. If it’s not a group of the wealthiest, learned, benevolent, courageous, downright gravely and well-secured, then I just don’t see it. & therefore that means there’s NOTHING we can do? & if so, then why all the fuss? Or if all the fuss is worth it, then what next? I look my sons in the eyes and I see them dying in uniform, then I see them not dying but spending their adult lives in corporate stasis or in politics or suffering for their craft, arts and athletics, & none of it pleases me a lot……..if what Hulet had to say is somewhat real (which one has to give at least a little credence to because he’s put in the man-hours of research on the subject). What a pisser. There are desolated people in occupied areas around China who spend entire weeks slogging bitter hillsides just to gather water and get it back to their frozen hovels. There is nearly more meaning in that. At least they know exactly WHY they are doing what they are doing and why they must continue to do so week after week...
…Son, this is how we dry a sheep stomach & use it to carry water; son, this is how we travel to gather water; son, this is how we slay a sheep in a way that does not cause it undue suffering, …and this is how we honor it’s spirit, ...and this is how we make use of every single bit of it’s carcass for the next several months, or die trying………
