Did anyone else see this film?

I thought it was pretty good, but not up to the hype.

Question for you if you did see it: were there lines on the screen nearly the entire time - right side at the beginning, moving to the center through the end? I honestly can't tell if they were trying to be artsy fartsy with it, or if the theater just sucked.
