I heard a lot about the big bus theory. I've seen it in action in the state of Tachira in Venezuela, where it worked for years for the Accion Democratica party. But I'm troubled by one thing: it seems strange to me that they could bring in what would have to be thousands of people and NOT ONE would go public. In this day and age, selling a story that big ought to be worth big money. For that reason, the big bus theory strains credibility.
