Wow . . . No, I didn't know of Leslie. My cousin and his wife live up there, so we visit on occasion. Maybe when the kids get older, there will be more opportities to see some music, but it's not so easy to do right now.
Well every year SXSW gets bigger which a good opportunity to see good acts and they
always bring in a keynote speaker like Robert Plant or Pete Townsend.


I feel bad that I didn't get up to see David and the band when they played a few years ago. It seems that's a chance that might not come around again.
I would say never but with this Ricketts appearance of late anything is possible but I'm betting it is only in the L.A. area

Sometimes I think the "weird" aspect of Austin is really cool and refreshing. Other times, it seems like an excuse for people who really need to pass out of adolescence. Maybe both are somewhat true?  
Well downtown is for sure but outside areas like Round Rock are not at all like Austin. No I think they definitely have wierd down
